This year, we are celebrating 28 years in business, contributing much of our success to all of the gracious customers that have referred others to the agency for all of their insurance needs. John, Colette and our employees focus on building relationships with our clients and make it a priority to thoroughly educate the individuals who come through our door at the agency. With over 50 years of combined experience, customers know that they can trust the advice they receive at Acosta Insurance Agency, Inc.
Each person’s reason is different for purchasing insurance and John and his sales team listen to and analyze each situation so as to provide the best possible company with the best possible coverage for each person. John and Colette are Licensed Property and Casualty Agents with the State of Indiana. John and Colette are also licensed as a Life & Health Producers. John enjoys his career in sales and marketing, amidst all of the ownership skills involved in the running of the agency. Partnering up with Colette, they work together to create a family atmosphere at the agency, not only with their customers but also employees and vendors as well.
John and Colette have built the agency on the quality of the companies represented in the agency. This has always been important in the success of how the clients are treated in their time of need. This is noted in the agency’s mission statement: “Acosta Insurance Agency, Inc. as an independent multiple lines insurance agency, strives to provide quality services at competitive rates from financially strong companies. We work as a team with the companies we represent to establish fair and efficient claims service for all of our clients.” The agency sells for numerous insurance companies, with their main carriers being Erie Insurance Group for auto-home-business-life insurance, Indiana Farmers and AAA Insurance (Auto Club Group) for insurance and roadside assistance memberships.
